IDEA: "The application of five tools in traffic" is based on the book "The Tools".
Our desire for this idea is to encourage the change of psychological methods and tools in the traffic system, all in order to better understand the human being in traffic.
Application of the "five tools" model to solve problems accumulated in railway companies.
And these five tools have interesting names: Turning Desire, Active Love, Inner Authority, Flow of Thanksgiving and Risk.
